At Force Factor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
